Last week some of the pupils had an exciting task to complete – opening a time capsule!

The Time Capsule was compiled by the children and staff of The Firs School to commemorate the start of the new Millennium and the closure of The Firs School. It was sealed on 18th July 2000 by Councillor Roger Page, Chair of Governors, and had to remain unopened until 18th July 2020. It was given to The Orchard School by Alan Sanders the Head Teacher of The Firs School.
